After 2 years of daily torture by vindictive eX who tried in vain to jail him 5 times, multiple zero proof restraining orders, 3 different states with DHS CPS cases with false allegations, a biased judge, incompetent and lazy multiple attorneys who are part of the problem who charge $435h, expensive supervised visits at $666 per 2 hours to be with his own kids.
Almost $10,000 for a biased custody evaluation, $53,500 to ex to
remove her name off his property, $23,000 4 day trial, being
forced her to pay $2600 mo child support with no job while on
disability, being only given 8 weekends a year with kids and being
responsible to pay $2000 for travel in addition to child support,
being in debt over half a million dollars ($560,000), bankruptcy
documents, lost health, lost job, lost car, alienated kids who are
blocked from talking to Bogdan even though calls are scheduled but
never happen because his eX doesn't allow kids to pick up
phone.
His eX won't put the kids on the plane as scheduled and tells me to take her to court because nothing will happen to her.....
Bogdan's letter to his kids: "Daddy still loves you and One day if you are willing to listen to my side of the story and what really happened - I am ready to sit down and tell and show all evidence."
Time for a new life and new chapter.

His Story
I have 3 children. Daughter is 12 and sons 9 and 6. Two years ago my wife decided to divorce me and follow her twin sister. She moved 9 times so far. From Oregon to South Carolina and Arizona and so on… with children - following her twin sister who keeps moving. I have zero criminal history. Never drank, smoke and never did drugs. I was very involved with kids from the hour they were born. Kids enjoyed quality time we had together when I took them out to park or restaurant or library or whenever they wanted to go. I thought them how to read in two languages. English and Russian. I thought them how to play piano. I am a musician. All this abruptly ended when my wife decided to move to south Carolina where her twin lived at that time. For 8 months I had zero access to children and did not even know if they were alive. Then I finally was able to talk to them. The divorce took 1.5 years. I was forced to pay tens of thousands of dollars to see my own kids which made me go deep into debt and now filing for bankruptcy. At the end of trial judge allowed her to move with kids again to be with her twin sister -now in Arizona.
