How Brent fought pro-se against a San Jose Divorce Crime Family and their ecosystem, and used an AI to gain an advantage.
Learn how Brent Oster filed a RICO using AI to gather evidence and support. This is not a podcast you want to miss.
"A judicial system when one human decides is always corrupt, and has been since Ancient Egyptian and Roman times. We cannot fix that. The system needs to be disrupted, displaced, and replaced by something better, more modern, where humans and their flaws have less influence."
Brent filed a RICO lawsuit against the Law Firms of Hector and
Marilyn Moreno, and Intero Real-Estate Services as the primary
operators of the racketeering enterprise. I named a Judge, a temp
real-estate Judge, and a DA as personally acting outside their
official duties and conspiring with those operators of the
racketeering enterprise.
You CANNOT file RICO against a Court, or any government agency,
Even a color of law person (Judge, DA, police) acting in their
official capacity is immune. The best you can get is conspiracy if
they really stepped out of bounds, took a bribe,....
So the title should be RICO Filed Against Divorce Attorneys'
Racketeering Enterprise.

d. Extortion vs. Legitimate Exercise of Government Power
Extortion “under color of official right” should not be confused
with the legitimate exercise of government power. Governmental
power, by its nature, is legalized extortion, e.g.,: unless you
abide by the law, you’ll go to jail; unless you buy car insurance,
your license will be revoked; unless you pay taxes, you’ll go to
jail and be fined; unless you register your gun, your gun will be
confiscated. But for the government’s authority to jail people and
fine people and confiscate their property, how many of us would
abide by the law? If we all naturally treated each other in a
decent manner, there would be no need for government. From the
first day that man emerged from the wilderness, however, most
political philosophers and most of our experiences have taught us
that if left to our own devices, people will rob from each other,
abuse each other, and kill each other. Thus, pursuant to the basic
social contract upon which all governments are based, people have
consented to the government’s use of extortion to keep all of us in
line and to make sure that we all abide by the prevailing standards
of decency.
The government’s power to extort proper behavior from each of us is
limited only by “due process,” i.e., the government can’t send
someone to jail unless they first receive a fair trial, a law
cannot be enforced unless it is properly approved by our elected
officials and thereafter monitored by our courts, etc. A citizen
cannot complain that he or she is being extorted by their
government if the government is simply enforcing a law that
complies with society’s sense of due process. It is difficult to
imagine when an official act of government could constitute
extortion. When considering official government action, the
appropriateness of the government’s action is measured by the
Constitution — not by the criminal law of extortion. If the
government does not have the power to enforce a law against a
citizen (i.e., if the government does not have the power to extort
certain behavior from a citizen), the law is unconstitutional – not
extortionistic.
Background
My wife and I got caught up in a dirty divorce scam 2017-2020, with
the Law firms of J Hector Moreno, and Marilyn Moreno representing
my ex-wife. The lawyers got orders and charges against me (with a
nephew in the DA office's help), and I have to leave the country to
avoid constant arrest. They put me in fear and by extortion got
orders to sell my home. Then a corrupt temp judge, Sharon Roper
took control of the sale process, Intero Real Estate Services did
the unlawful sale, laundered the funds and they all paid themselves
well - my wife and I got nothing, and have spent our retirement
fighting in the divorce. The Moreno Attorneys and their conspirers
have defrauded hundreds of people in the past decade with this
pattern of racketeering - this is a 3rd generation crime family, a
real mob. This is why I filed a RICO lawsuit against them in July
2021, using a a prototype Legal AI - Justine Falcon, using those
tools to finds 63 other cases in the same pattern of racketeering,
5 that are an exact match with 2 other victims providing testimony.
As a pro-se, this is my 8th filing, and I continue to learn law and
refine the AI tools.
